Same lead volume. A clearer process. Explore what a better close rate and less admin could be worth to your business.

Additional sales revenue
24 more sales per year, from the same lead volume.
Time saved is capacity, not necessarily a cash saving. Revenue is not profit. This is a scenario based on your inputs, not a forecast or guaranteed result.
Additional monthly revenue = qualified leads × (target close rate − current close rate) × average sale value. Rates are converted to decimals. Annual figures use 12 months.
Additional gross profit = additional revenue × gross margin. Annual time value = weekly hours saved × 52 × hourly value. Monthly time value is annual time value ÷ 12.
Combined value adds additional gross profit and time capacity value, then subtracts your improvement cost. Set time saved to zero if its value is already included in your profit estimate. The model assumes the target is maintained for the whole period; it excludes ramp-up, seasonality, tax, cash-collection timing and costs you haven’t entered. For recurring contracts, use one consistent contract value per new customer; the result is booked sales value, not ARR or cash received. Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you submit them with a brief. Displayed figures are rounded.

Your next seven days
This is a reflection tool, not an industry score or a revenue forecast. The circle counts only the habits you mark “Consistently”. Unanswered questions do not count as weak habits. Once all six are answered, “Not yet” and “Not sure” take priority, followed by “Sometimes”. “Not sure” generates an evidence check. Ties follow the order shown, from lead fit to learning. Your plan covers up to three priorities. If everything is consistent, it suggests checks to validate those habits.

Conversation Lab
Good sales training should survive contact with a real prospect. Choose the moment your team keeps tripping over and try a cleaner move.
We work on the questions, language and habits that make a sales conversation feel useful rather than performed.
Build this around my team“Tell me a bit about what you’re looking for.” It’s harmless, but it invites a polite brochure tour. Ask something that makes the problem specific.
We take a real sales moment, pull apart where it stalls and practise a better way through it. Your team leaves with language it has actually used, a short playbook and a manager follow-up plan.

Commercial problems rarely stay in one department. Start with what feels familiar. We’ll connect the dots.
Sales & follow-through
Look at what happens between the first enquiry and the decision. Clear qualification, useful discovery and a real next step can make the whole process easier to manage.
Look at your last five promising enquiries. Where did each conversation stop?
Client technology & digital systems
Bloom doesn’t stop at the strategy deck. I build the digital system that carries the work: websites, forms, calculators, content, integrations, practical automation and the domain and deployment work that puts it live.
Public real-estate site with listings architecture, agent recruitment, profile pages, lead forms, calculators, podcast connections and domain migration.
Editorial portfolio and service site built around photography, clear positioning, responsive presentation and a direct route from interest to enquiry.
Artist platform connecting events, downloadable calendars, venue information, poster content and a straightforward booking route.
Podcast hub with embedded audio, episode content, audience questions, digest signup and connections into Anna Oliver’s wider digital ecosystem.
A dedicated site for agents weighing a brokerage move. Cost comparisons, a fit audit and a transition map turn a broad question into something visitors can work through with their own numbers.
An independent Adracare product guide and consultancy microsite. Real workflow images, feature comparisons, an admin drag calculator and an implementation pathfinder help practices explore the practical fit.
The work
The commercial thinking and the practical work belong together. Pick the support you need, without assembling a whole department.
Build a clearer route from prospect to customer. Qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiation and follow-through.
Make the offer easier to understand, easier to value and easier to choose. Get clear on who it serves and why it matters.
Give the message a commercial job. Connect campaigns, content and customer communication to a useful next step.
Not motivational theatre. A working session built around the conversations your team actually has, with language they can use on Monday.
Build or improve your website, keep it useful with ongoing care, and connect the creative content around it.
Turn expertise and good conversations into something people can find, understand and spend time with.

No. Start with what you’re seeing: enquiries that go quiet, a message that takes too long to explain, or a team pulling in different directions. We can work out where to look first.
Yes. That could be a sales review, a workshop, positioning work, a website or a set of commercial assets. The scope should fit the problem.
Yes. Alongside the consulting, I can build websites, tools and content, work on outreach and help the team improve the sales conversation. We agree what is included before starting.
Pricing follows the scope, deliverables and level of support. We’ll discuss what’s needed and agree the work and cost before you commit. Calculator inputs are your assumptions, not a quote.
No. It models the targets and assumptions you enter. It helps frame a conversation about the opportunity; it doesn’t establish what your business will achieve or what Bloom will charge.
